Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request using your order number and email address.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to print and attach to your return package.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
